Do you have a counterfeit screening process?
YES. Our strict counterfeit screening policy and process ensures that all products we sell are genuine. We perform a number of steps to screen for counterfeiting including checking lot codes, part marking permanency surface testing, examining parts with a high powered microscope, x raying, capsulation,

What are your quality standards?
Intransit Technologies focuses on providing authentic products 100% of the time while delivering superior customer service. We demonstrate our commitment to Quality Control by conforming to ISO 9001:2000 certification requirements, maintaining a strict quality control system, and continuously working to improve our procedures to ensure on-time delivery of authentic, quality-tested products every time.

What is your parts warranty?
30 days form, fit and function per the Manufacturer’s specifications.

Can I search online?
YES. Use the Part Search box in either the upper right corner of the home page or in the bottom left and type in the product number, product name or manufacturer.

What if I don’t find what I’m looking for?
We can help you find it. Call us at 323-207-1044 or email us at sales@intransittech.com. Our experienced team of procurement specialists has access to more than 30 million components through our vast network of OEMs and CEMs worldwide.

Can I order online? 
NO.  All orders must be placed over the phone because product availability continuously changes.

How do I pay for my order?
We offer COD, NET TERMS, CREDIT CARDS and TT Advance.

Do you have a price matching policy?
YES. We will match or beat any reasonable offer. Companies around the world rely on us to provide the highest quality products in the marketplace on time and within or under
budget. We typically provide components for 10-30% below franchised distribution prices so that our clients can maximize their technology investment.

How quickly will I receive a quote?
Usually within 5 minutes, but sometimes up to 24 hours.

How long is my quote good for?
On in stock items for 30 days, on availabilities 24 hours.
 

Shipping

How do I track my order?

We send you a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer same-day shipping?
YES. We ship all in stock items same day, as long as the order is received by 3pm PST. 

Do you drop ship?
YES. If it’s required, we will drop ship parts directly to your plant or to any of your customers.

Do I need to set up an account before ordering?
NO.  We accept COD, CC and TT payment for all new accounts.

Do you have a minimum order amount?
YES. Our minimum order amount is $50.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We offer COD, NET TERMS, CREDIT CARDS and TT Advance.
 
 
Excess Inventory

What do you buy?

We buy anything from Integrated Circuits, Memory, Passives, Connectors, Telecom Equipment, Copper, Aluminum, Brass, Steel, Other Precious Metals, Plastics, Cardboard and if you don’t see the items listed that you need to sell, give us a call.

Do you offer consignment?
YES. We offer more services to our consignment customers than other companies that provide this service, including 3,000 BOMs to cross reference for easy seller-to-buyer match-up; marketing on Google, Yahoo and 15 worldwide search engines specifically used by buyers in our industry; commitment to sell $1 to $50 items; and no long-term contracts.

How does your purchase process work?
We have four ways we can help buy and/or manage your excess inventory: lot buys, individual buys, consignment, and on-site consignment.
